But first, we are obligated to give a “party disclaimer”:
We are a-ok with having fun and celebrations: holidays, b-days, girls night out, bro time, etc
HOWEVER...
if you were secretly planning to throw a wild party,
(we know you weren’t, but we have to throw this out there)
Please don’t.
There is a ban on
ALL WILD PARTIES

There will be $$$fines, 👮♀️ police, bad reviews, no refunds, and possible prosecution 😢
(We have cameras outside on the front and back door for safety)
In addition we charge guests a $1000 base charge plus $100 per hour for cleanup and repairs after an obvious out-of-control party. Additional fees will be charged for tampering with, disabling, or destroying any of our monitoring hardware.
NO SMOKING AT ALL IN THE HOME. We charge a $500 per hour smoke clear out fee (with minimum charge of $1000) if any evidence of smoking inside the home is found.
NO ILLEGAL DRUGS AT ALL IN THE HOME. We charge a $500 for any drug paraphernalia we find after your stay.
If the home you are staying at is in a neighborhood,
Excessive Noise after 10:00pm is also prohibited.
Angry neighbors and a trashed house is not fair to us, the neighbors, the city, or the cleaning crew.
But we know YOU would never do that🙏😅
By booking or checking into this property, you are ALSO agreeing to the below:
The booking party and its guests hereby agree to hold the property owner, its manager, and its representatives harmless against any and all claims, damages, or causes of action for damages arising from injury to persons or property, or loss of life sustained in or about the property by any person or persons whatsoever. The booking party and their guests further agree that the owner or manager or their representatives shall not be liable for any personal injuries or damages to any goods, wares or property regardless of how such injuries or damages may be caused, or whether resulting from acts of negligence or acts of God. No refunds will be given for cancellations, regardless of the reason.
